Right the idea here be simple folks I'm just going to let you know which classes are available to you all and some mods.
D20 Modern Core Rule Book:
Advanced Classes
All advanced classs as presented.
Prestige Classes
Occultist
Telepath
Battlemind
Urban Arcana pretige classes and the Shadow Slayer are left out as they don't fit the background of the game. Additionaly the Occultists class abilities regarding Shadow Creatures are changed so as to only apply to unnatural creatures (this will take some beating out between myself and players intending on using this class.)
DarkMatter Campaign Setting:
All advanced and prestige classes as presented.
Also the rule for subdual damage is different from the one stated. Basically for every point of lethal damage you take you take a pont of SD, once your SD is above your HP you have to start taking Fort Saves of 10 + 1 for every 5 points of SD you have above HP or be knocked out. This makes it easy enough to get knocked out before you get brought to the dead or dying stage. Also makes brawling count for something as the rule presented in the book allows you to stay on your feet indefinitley.
The Massive Damage threshold is your Constitution Score and the Fort. save is 15. If you fail the Fort save you immediatley drop to -1HP. Be warned most guns do at least 2D6 damage so it's easy enough to get downed by a gun.
If you have questions about the rules let me know.
Also any odd situations we happen across in game where a rule is ambiguous or non-existant and we have to decide on it will be added here to keep a record.
